We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all orders. If you are not happy with your purchase, contact us within 30 days of receiving your order and we will process a full refund.
Eligibility
- Item must be requested within 30 days of delivery
- Item must be unused or used as directed with no visible damage beyond normal product use
- Proof of purchase required (order number or confirmation email)
How to Request a Refund

- We will respond within 48 hours with instructions
- Once approved, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you would like a different item, please request a refund and place a new order.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at glowraskinskin@gmail.com with a photo and we will send a replacement at no additional cost.
