At GLOWRA, your satisfaction is our priority. If you're not happy with your purchase, we offer the following:
Returns: We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in original packaging.
Refunds: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
Damaged or Defective Items: If you received a damaged or defective product, please contact us at support@glowraskin.co within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage. We will send a replacement at no cost.
Non-returnable items: Opened skincare products cannot be returned for hygiene reasons unless they are defective.
